Product is good

Product is good but I had reactions with the scent. I re-ordered the unscented and have had no issues. Unfortunately I have product which I can't use now.

Glad to hear the Unscented worked for you. Some people can react to fragrance oils, so if you’ve got sensitive skin our Unscented or essential oil ranges are usually the better fit.

The smell is great, but the packaging felt underwhelming for the price, as it arrived only wrapped in bubble wrap.”

We don’t currently offer branded gift box packaging, and orders are packed for protection first (bubble wrap) which unfortunately can feel plain coming through courier transit. We hear you on packaging though. We’re looking at ways to increase presentation in future without compromising product quality, price and protection during shipping. Fantastic!

We ordered my husbands first ever set of beard care and so far he has loved it down the scent. We didn’t receive the item right away prior to receiving the email for review as the order did have to go through customs. I reached out to the company they assured me my product was on the way and I did in fact receive it a fees days later. All around company and product get my five stars! It’s hard to find good customer interaction and service much appreciated!

Ultimate - Beard Care Pack

Like the product. Works as advertised. Not so keen on scent of Woodsman but thats personal preference. Only problem was Beard Balm tin was damaged which could have happened during delivery.

Love the products

I ordered an oil, balm, wash, and the oval brush a few weeks ago andd couldn't be happier. The products all smell and feel great and my girlfriend is so much happier with the state of my beard. I also the chat function on the website to get some much needed advice on what to get from Jon and the customer service was fantastic - really approachable and helpful. Truly is the Ultimate beard Care Pack

This has been my first introduction to beard care products and I’m absolutely impressed by the products as well as the high level and focus on customer service

I was lucky enough to win this pack, on Facebook (so make sure you like and follow the Lejonjon page)
▪️The brush and comb are great; they’re a good size, and are made to a high quality.
▪️Beard wash; after the first wash I noticed a dramatic change to my beard, it was a lot softer.
▪️Beard balm; a brilliant product for giving shape and structure to the beard, while also nourishing it.
▪️Beard oil; is amazing, once applied it isn’t greasy nor does the weigh down the beard.

With regards to customer service; products have been sent out quickly, Le Jon Jon has been very approachable and responded quickly to all my enquires.
I’m so impressed, with all aspects of my experience, that I will be a customer for life.
