Refunds
Customer service is important to us, so if you have an issue with your order or item(s) that requires a resolution, please reach out to us via email at lejonjonshop@gmail.com or via our chat option at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
We will need the following information from you: the reason for your refund or replacement, your order number, your email address, and proof of purchase. Our team will then work with you to find the most satisfactory outcome.
We will replace or refund any damaged or faulty product that is our fault and any order that has been sent in error on our behalf. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not refund change-of-mind purchases.

Returning Of Any Item(s)
If an item needs to be returned due to our fault, e.g. damage or incorrect items that have been sent to you, we will send you a courier bag to return the item to us. Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5 working days, and payment will be made to the option of the payment method that was used to make the purchase.
