Refunds & Returns
Sometimes we make mistakes, and customer service is important to us, so if you have an issue with your order that requires further assistance from us, please reach out via our email at lejonjonshop@gmail.com or via our chat option at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
We will need the following information: details about your order or issue, your order number, and your best contact information. Our team will then work with you to find the best outcome.
We will replace or refund any damaged, faulty product or any order that has been sent in error on our behalf.
Non-refundable Items: Gift cards
Returning Of Any Item(s)
If an item needs to be returned, we will send you a prepaid label to print off and attach to the item(s). This will then need to be dropped off at an NZ Post shop. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 working days, and payment will be made to the option of the payment method that was used to make the purchase.
